3 Ways to Have More Growth in 2017

clarify-2

clarify-2What if I told you that you could improve your hair growth in 90 days? There are some things that you are doing that you are probably not conscious of, that is negating all your growth efforts.

The following 3 factors will help pin-point what you are doing wrong and how to make corrections so your hair can thrive and your length will move this year.

                        Diet

Yes, I know, who wants to hear about that? But, really, what we put in is what we will get out in terms of the health of our hair. if we are constantly feeding on fast-foods, we will hardly see any benefits in terms of growth in our hair.

We need to be having the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. You can introduce some green smoothies in to your diet. Make sure you have spinach, kale, and cucumber in those smoothies to help provide you with iron, which will be beneficial to your blood and your hair.

                       Stress

When you go through stressful conditions, your body will release the hormone called ‘cortisol.’ This hormone attacks your hair follicles, which will in turn stunt your growth.

The next time that you want to worry again, think about the negative effects that it will have on your hair. The best that you can do will be to give that issue to the Lord.

                     Low Manipulation

Following a low manipulation regimen will increase your chances of being able to retain length. Additionally, when you do protective styles, but you do not maintain a great regimen of keeping your hair moisturized while in those styles, then the purpose of the styling will be defeated.
